Integrative Medicine utilizes the light of the soul for healing and conscious awakening. It provides for the physical, the energetic and the spiritual elements of our being. CranioSacral Therapy (for the physical)- is an Osteopathic technique that was developed on the premise that the body has all the pharmacopeia it needs to heal itself and that the rhythm created by the flow of the cerebrospinal fluid has a consciousness with an innate wisdom that guides tissue restrictions to release and self correct. It is a gentle, hands-on method that uses delicate manual techniques to relieve undue pressure on the brain and spinal cord.

Medical Qigong (for the Energetic) - is an ancient form of Chinese energetic medicine that involves treatments using energetic point therapy, qigong massage, self-care regulation exercises, and vibrational medicine through sound and color light therapy. The goal is to correct bio-energetic imblaances and blockages and to stimulate energy flow. As a preventative medicine, it keeps energy flowing and balanced to avoid stagnation.

Spriritual Counseling (for the Spiritual) - Traditional Cognitive/Behavioral mainstream psychotherapy is combined with Heart and Soul Energy Psychology in a style of counseling known as SOLLITE where underlying core stuck energy is lifted to the surface to be cleared energetically and blockages released. Clients are taught this format and encouraged to work with themselves to follow the Light of their Soul.
