We at Point Pleasant Wellness recognize this, and so, in honor of our continuing transformation and growth we are now offering some wonderful ways to experience body movement and exercise.

Kundalini Yoga & Meditation with Siri Darshan
This yoga combines breath, movement, meditation, and rhythmic sound to arouse the energy within, working to relieve tension, revitalize the body and elevate the spirit. Taught in the tradition of Yogi Bhajan.
Kundalini Pranayam & Meditation with Siri Darshan
Pranayam is a breath technology which arouses the kundalini creating a strong a nd fearless pranic body. This class includes breath work, stretching, sound, and active meditations.
YOGA with Jessica Dickerson, RN, BSN, CYT
Jessica has been teaching Kundalini and Hatha Yoga since 2003. She completed teacher training under the direction of Deva Kaur, co-owner of Yoga Source in Coral Springs. Jessica is currently studying to be a licensed Acupuncture Physician at Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine in Fort Lauderdale. It is Jessica's mission to make Yoga available to as many people as possible because it is the birth right of every human being to be Happy, Healthy, and Holy.

Tai Chi & Qigong with Kathy Kay-Keating
Tai Chi and Qigong are ancient practices using slow, meditative movements with breath while the mind remains alert to the spatial relationship between the body and surroundings. A regular Tai Chi & Qigong practice will revitilize muscles, bones, joints and organs through increased oxygen flow. Also, better balance, balanced blood pressue, stress reduction, and inceased oxygen intake are all part of the many benefits derived from Tai Chi and Qigong. Classes are fun, relaxing and an enjoyable group activity.
Yamuna Body Rolling with Kathy Keating-Kay
Roll away aches and pains while getting your body into great shape. Through routines ranging from the bottoms of your feet tot the top of your head you will strengthen, tone and relaign the body. Utilizing small theraapy balls under dey areas of tension you will literally toll out your muscles. This technique is useful for ailments such as sciatica, back pain, neck and shoulder injuries, joint pain as well as everyday aches and pains from sports or workouts. Add it to your schedule for freedom, strength and ease of movements in your body.
