Tai Chi and Qigong are ancient practices using slow, meditative movements with breath while the mind remains alert to the spatial relationship between the body and surroundings. A regular Tai Chi & Qigong practice will revitilize muscles, bones, joints and organs through increased oxygen flow. Also, better balance, balanced blood pressure, stress reduction, and inceased oxygen intake are all part of the many benefits derived from Tai Chi and Qigong. Classes are fun, relaxing and an enjoyable group activity.
