Wellness Classes & Special Events
The value of daily exercise and body movement is tremendous and is often ignored in our hurried lifestyles. We at Point Pleasant Wellness recognize this, and so, in honor of our continuing transformation and growth, we are now offering some wonderful ways to experience body movement and exercise.
We find this will compliment our other spa services and will allow our friends to experience even more ways of whole body wellness.
In addition, our classroom is available for health and wellness classes, workshops, and meditations that are complimentary to the goal of balancing mind..., body... and spirit.
